DLF New Launch has several new and upcoming projects, with a strong focus on luxury residential developments in Gurugram, specifically within their “Privana” township.

DLF Privana North: Located in Sector 76/77 of Gurugram, this is an upcoming luxury housing project with over 1,150 apartments spread across 18 acres. It’s part of the larger 116-acre “DLF Privana” township. The launch is expected in the current quarter, following strong demand for previous phases. The estimated development cost for this project is ₹5,500 crore.

DLF Privana South: Also located in Sector 77, Gurgaon, this luxury apartment project launched in January 2024, saw all 1,113 units booked within three days, generating ₹7,200 crore in sales. It’s part of the 115-acre “DLF Privana” township and features luxury 4 BHK residences starting at ₹6.0 Cr, with 88% green coverage.
DLF Privana West: Located in Sector 76, Gurgaon, this project also experienced rapid sales, with 795 units sold for ₹5,590 crore within three days of its May 2024 launch.

The Dahlias: A super-luxury project launched in FY 2024-25 with a saleable area of 4.5 million square feet and a potential revenue of ₹35,000 crore. It had already secured sales bookings of ₹13,744 crore.

DLF The Arbour: Located in Sector 63, Gurugram, this project was fully sold out within three days, even before its official launch. It features 1137 luxury 4 BHK + study + utility room configurations, with prices starting from ₹7 crores per unit.
